This dialing technique
allows the tele-service representative (TSR) to view
the information before the call is made, and it also
allows the TSR to perform 'callbacks' with prospects,
if relationship marketing is needed. Examples of preview
dialing campaigns would be; sales, appointment setting,
fund raising, etc. This method of dialing works well
for large, medium, or small databases.
Plain old telephones are
used with this system - no computers. This system works
very well if you aren't ready for computerization or
electronic transfer of data. You can provide us with
labels to call from, or we can print them for you. This
method works well for testing new ideas or campaigns
with smaller lists to determine if a 'rollout' effort
with a larger database is appropriate.
