What's needed to start a program?

OUTBOUND START-UP PROCESS:

We can begin a campaign within a few days, once we obtain the information as described below.

Product / Service Knowledge.
If we decide to start a program together, we need as much information as possible about your needs, expectations, and goals. We also need to learn about the product or service we will be discussing with prospective customers. Please gather product/service fact sheets with features and benefits, any literature available, a sample of the product, history, order forms, and scripting (if available). The more we know, the better we can serve your campaign.

System Set-up.
If scripting is not available, we will work with you to create one. Once scripting is completed and agreed to by both companies, we can load the program into our computer system. The computer screens will be built to satisfy the data collection requirements that you've indicated. You will be sent screen 'cuts' to approve before we start our calling.

Database Set-up.
We can receive your database electronically (E-Mail) or by floppy or CD-ROM. We use 'Access' and 'FoxPro' as our database, and we will convert to that standard. We can receive files in most formats; however, a discussion may be needed with our technical staff prior to exporting. We prefer to have records with Names, Titles, Company Name, Addresses, and Phone Numbers.
