Our call center platform is from Stratasoft. This
hardware / software solution includes a switched dialer / server
combination that provides an ACD option, "Message Blasting",
digitally recorded verifications, and much more. The proprietary
front-end contact software allows us to collect, edit and return
data and updated databases quickly and efficiently. This technology
also allows us to offer Web related services for E-Commerce.
